go bek visit teacher, guys...haha!

hey guys! i went bek 2 sch 2 get my docs certified on wednesday..i met some of our frens, n for sure, chatted with some of our teachers..
dat day cps wore a very nice dress n she look pretty in it lehh...n dat day her mood seems very good oso lorr...
den hor, i went 2 c mr.lau and ah gaik..ah lau told me: walau, u all nvr come bek 2 visit us, ur math teacher said u all mei2 liang2 xin1..."
continued by ah gaik:" ya la...no girls from u6sa comes bek 2 pay me a visit oso lehh.."
well, guys, u guys know wat 2 do d gua..haha!(although i also no go bek, but wait la..got time sure go bek 1..buy them some kuih-muih summo..:p)
i met chee yan from u6sc, she rili got heart, summo buy tiramisu cake 2 treat teachers lehh..n of cuz, i dint let go the chance 2 taste it laaa..kekekezz...

xinle, u ok bo? um got alot of our calssmates la..no worries...dun haizz liao..must "YEAH!!" haha!

Jz nw i went 2 komtar 3rd floor 2 take the rm500.at the information counter,i ask the aunty(chinese) where can i get the money 4 surat tawaran 2 university 1.She said go to counter C 2 ask.then i ask again:'directly go counter c can get d lah?no need 2 take number?' n she jz reply:u go counter c n ask lah!

when i go counter C ask the another aunty(malay).
i:di mana boleh saya dapatkan wang(i show surat tawaran 2 her)
aunty:wang apa?
i:belanja ke universitinya
aunty:oh,rm500 kah?
i:ya
aunty:belum mula lagi.
i:bilakah boleh dapat?
aunty:tak tahu,mereka tidak beri tahu.
... ...
sweat,waste my time n energy 2 walk there!then i walk home d!!!

do u guys wana hv another gathering at pn.chin's hse? but bbq, erm...i hv no idea abt it..if wana bbq, den im ok with it..jz dat im worried abt the preparation work...

check this out guys!! i recommand those who wanna apply loan to enter local public university try to apply this..interest 2% only..but its not enough for those who wanna study local private university like me(Ivy) sob....

The Penang State Government Education loan scheme which was established in 1970

is designed to provide higher education loans to Malaysian citizens who were born

or who received their education in Penang.


TERMS OF APPLICATION




Applicant was born in Penang or had undergone
Offered a place in the University / Institution of Higher Learning (IPT).

For applicants of Private Institutions of Higher learning,

the course undergone must be accredited by the National Accreditation Board (LAN).
Loans are only offered for courses at the Certificate, Diploma, Distance Learning Diploma,

First Degree, Distance Learning Degree, Masters and PhD levels.

Loans are not offered for overseas study or to students studying in franchises of foreign universities.


Applicants who are currently undergoing Pre-University / Matriculation courses are not eligible to apply.

Two (2) guarantors earning RM 500.00 and above.


Applicants must use Form AM PSUKPP/11/0752/3 to apply i.e.,

the Penang State Government Education Loan form.

Please append certified copies of the following documents :



a. copy of Birth Certificate


b. copy of admission offer letter from the University / Institution.


c. copy of School Leaving Certificate and testimonial.


d. copy of the Malaysian Certificate of Education(SPM)/


Malaysian Vocational Education Certificate (SPVM) and other equivalent certificates.


e. copy of Malaysian Higher School Certificate (STPM) and other equivalent certificates (if any)


f. copy of Polytechnic Certificate/ Diploma / Degree and others (if any)


g. copy of Matriculation / Foundation Science results (if any)


h. copy of examination results for each academic year/term/semester (if any)


i. students from Private Institution of Higher Learning (IPTS) must submit the


college approval letter and the course as issued by the
National Accreditation Board (LAN). (a copy of the letter can beobtained from the relevant IPTS).





Total loan offered is according to the level of the course of study





Science degree RM5,000.00 per annum
Science degree RM5,000.00 per annum
Advanced Diploma RM5,000.00 per annum

Advanced Diploma (Arts) RM4,000.00 per annum
Diploma RM3,000.00 per annum
Certificate RM2,000.00 per annum





Loans are also provided to students of Distance Learning and Off-campus programs at the following rates:
